Bristow Manor’s stunning 1800’s southern style manor house sets the perfect backdrop for weddings and special events. Set in the picturesque rolling countryside of Bristow, Virginia, located 35 miles outside of Washington, D.C., the grounds offer a serene atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
Ceremonies
Our lush and immaculately manicured lawn provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. To ensure a beautiful backdrop for every season, the grounds are splashed with seasonal flowers and natural foliage throughout the year. We also offer indoor ceremony options in the manor house and state room.
Receptions | Manor House & State Room
Our manor house features 14’ ceilings with crystal chandeliers, original fireplaces, detailed crown molding and historic architectural elements. The manor house is the ideal setting for cocktail hour and smaller gatherings and offers traditional ballroom, parlor and bar areas. Strolling up the grand staircase to the upper level of the manor house, we offer private dressing rooms and a balcony overlooking the lush grounds and romantic sunsets.
Connected to the manor house is our state room reception venue. The state room’s rich wooden floors, large arched windows and its ability to accommodate up to 150 guests make it the ideal setting for receptions. For larger weddings, the state room can be extended to seat up to 200 guests. The state room is adorned with crystal chandeliers and soft ceiling draping creating a truly enchanted space. The state room offers multiple outdoor patio spaces so guests can enjoy the social setting of conversing under the sunlit or moonlit sky.

Bristow Manor is a full-service venue, offering catering, beverages, full set up and day of coordination. We offer customizable event packages and a variety of tailored services to suit your unique style. Our skilled in-house chef and culinary team prepare cuisine on site to ensure quality and a scrumptious taste to tempt your palette. Included with our event packages is the talent and support of our on-site event coordinator. Our event coordinator will work with you start to finish to ensure your vision becomes a reality!
